We decided to check this place out on a whim one evening, and upon entering, recongnized that our work clothes weren't exactly proper attire for the up scale type dining area. Therefore we decided to dine in the more relaxed bar area where still we sat for quite some time before even being greeted.
When we requested a wine list, our server turned to retrieve it and toss it on the table without a word of suggestions, specials, soups, etc. Our server returned some time later to retrieve our drink order and give us dinner menus. (still no specials or suggestions)
We had ample time to peruse the menu and make our choices, but were waiting so long to place our orders that we had finished our wine and determined that we would just pay for our drinks and go elsewhere for dinner.
Having experience in fine dining and food service, we were trying to write it off as a rough night for our server UNTIL when she came to collect our order and we asked for a check, she finally came up with a suggestion of either a hamburger or chicken sandwich if we wanted something else.
I truly hope that this never happens to any other patron. We will not visit this establishment again.
