The drivers are very lazy and don't always pick up donations even if you follow all the rules. Customer service kept cutting my off and manager kept arguing with me and hung up on me. They're so rude. Don't donate to this charity. There are lots of better ones out there. If manager treats people so poorly, he doesn't care about people.
