I was looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee but was hesitant because I purchased my last vehicle from Galles, & hate to admit that I didn't get the best service. But thankfully I was referred to Cippy Padilla by Stephanie the customer service mgr, and WOW what a difference!!! I had the best service, Cippy is awesome and makes you feel so comfortable! Also, Andres in finance was great. This experience was great and quick. I didn't feel like another number like I did last time. I purchased my Jeep that I wanted and the whole experience was awesome!! Definitely recommend! Thank you Stephanie, Cippy & Andres!
