Update. Picked up my BMW last night. Lori at the service desk was very understanding with my frustration at the time it took to fix my bike. She was very professional and did everything in her power to address my concerns. She made sure I left a Happy Camper . Ron the mechanic brought my bike out and spent the time going over all the work that he did. Again Very Professional . Thank you Lori and Ron!
Not a happy camper! Waited 2 weeks for a service appointment for my K1200LT.It needed an oil change, and replace a brake line. It s now been with them for 9 days, and they finally have it on the bench. Now they re waiting for a part. Not sure when I ll get my machine back, but I guarantee this will be the last time I use Peak Powersports to work on my bike. If they were upfront with me at the beginning and told me it would be 2 weeks at their shop I could have made other arrangements with another shop to get it fixed in a more timely fashion. Instead, my bike has been out of commission go over a month, and I m still without my bike. With our very short riding season, a month is a long time! I ll keep updating the status of my bike.
