room was nice, staff was nice, except for security who were determined to ruin our experience. About 300 of us staying there, spending money, causing no trouble, but the level of disrespect shown by security was bad and sad. Also, some of the bar staff sneakily added in the tip on our bills without telling us, giving on itemized bills trying to get double tip. Happened several times
