Had my 2011 X3 in for a malfunctioning seat sensor.
- Service manager was attentive and followed up regularly.
- The service activity itself took longer than expected and had to leave the car for an extra day... they did provide a courtesy car the second day, but of course this meant going back to the dealership (and waiting at least 15-20 minutes in line to get the car).
- Work was completed a couple hours later than estimated.
- Pick up was quick and simple. Everything fixed back to normal.
