Its not 100% Universals fault but it is there managements. As I Annual Passholder I pay a little less to come here but they are making pass holders wait in line for hours on standby to come around and say they will not be letting anyone in. They close at 10pm waited in line from 11am to 3pm to be told they would not have space at all today. Very very disappointing its a 3hr drive to come here and as a annual pass holder this makes the whole park feel worthless
