Worst experience ever. Unacceptable policies. They won't allow payed booking into hotel rooms without in-person credit card deposit. Never had this happen before anywhere around the world. They won't take credit cards by form or by phone or any other way than in person. RIDICULOUS. Hotels like this give Montreal a bad name!
