We have had several bad experiences with the service department. This time in particular, we dropped our car off in the morning and we were told it would take between 1 and 1.5 hours to complete service. Great, I ll go to work and come back during lunch to get it. Car was not completed until after 6 pm. Communication was terrible, service advisor Megan was never available and we had to constantly leave messages, other service advisors and the cashier were incredibly rude. The manager Collin was very apologetic and admitted that a mistake had been made at drop off, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.
