Whew, if you're looking to get in touch with someone, this is not your guy. I was able to get in for a showing pretty quickly but 8 days later, after I made an offer, still no response. He claims he's the 'King' of the area but after reading many reviews about his horrible service, I'm not sure how he stays in business. After many messages, calls and texts I finally pressed another number on his answering service only to reach Debbie who might want to rethink her career path in customer service... yikes... I would steer clear. It's a bummer that he does seem to have all the listings in and around the area I was looking to add my new retail shop but after reading many similar reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one in this predicament and this is probably not a person who I want to do business with if the service is this spotty. Definitely do not recommend. 0/10. No stars.
