I arrived at 5:00 on a Friday because I wanted to beat the dinner rush. What I was met with was "we're out of pulled pork." Right before dinner rush on a busy day you don't have pulled pork. I got the brisket (was OK) and the pork ribs (too chewy) and for the side it was mac n cheese (awful stuff, didn't eat it. Elbow noodles swimming in grainy yellow sauce with stale potato chips crushed on top. Just disgusting). Maybe I'm too critical of what the locals consider the best BBQ in town. Where I'm from this place would be labeled the fastest BBQ joint to go out of business.
