As businesses grow & develop, the show room needs to reflect those changes. Websites are, for the vast majority of us our show rooms . It s only been a couple of years since Helenbreward.com had a makeover, which isn t a long time. However, whilst discussing a new look with Bart and his team it became very clear to me that Helenbreward.com had definitely grown & developed beyond what was current being represented.
Bart took a great deal of time to understand what I wanted & needed in the new site. We also discussed at length the reasons why we should make certain changes. As always, the Digital Trading team worked tirelessly to make sure that everything on my new website was exactly how I wanted it to be.
What impressed me the most was the additional time Bart took to train me, so that I could make alterations and additions to the site myself. He was very patient with me, making sure I had understood & written it all down. This innovation has given me a greater sense of independence and control over my new site, two years ago I wouldn t have thought this possible.
I love my new site, which I feel represents my business and myself perfectly.
