Without a doubt, Grill 21 serves the best Filipino...

Without a doubt, Grill 21 serves the best Filipino food in Manhattan but food isn't the only thing to consider when reviewing the restaurant.

Service is slow, really slow. The owners clearly do not want to spend the money on a bus boy so the servers are stuck taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.

The most annoying thing though is their lack of telephones. They have a phone number listed but they never answer it. To make it worse, they don't know how to set up the damn voicemail! They greeting is the same as the name and guess what? The damn voicemail is always full!

So, if you want to make a reservation or order carry out, forget it. So to another restaurant that cares.
