This is a big, big store with lots of choices and you can spend the entire weekend here looking through all the nice furniture in the show room and certainly, you will find what you are looking for here, no matter what your taste in furniture is. But the accolades stop there. Their customer service after the sale is horrible. Everything from scheduling delivery, trying to get someone to answer our questions, the time it takes to do anything is really really bad. We had to contact them at least 10 times by email or phone because the dining room table came in damaged and we had to return it for a refund. Each time, trying to get a clear cut answer to our concerns were like pulling teeth. This is a huge corporation with uncaring customer service and has different point of contact for everything from delivery, sales, returns, and accounting that moves very slow with rigid rules about everything. Very inflexible with each step and no one person takes responsibility. After your purchase, just give yourself room to be disappointed unless you just have lots of time to wait on them to schedule things on their terms.
