Overall experience was excellent. Daniel "Rocky" Beard was fantastic! He really listened to what we wanted and he delivered!

One comment I have is related to the negotiation protocol Lithia uses in establishing payments (this process was also used on our previous purchase 4 years ago). The monthly payments are only figured using the HIGHEST interest rate available to buyers. Going in, we knew we had an exception credit score and knew the higher rate would not be close what we would be paying. It is difficult for the customer to estimate where their payments would fall with only seeing the highest available. We would have preferred to be shown a "range" say 3.5% and 5.0% (or whatever the current min/max rates are) with the understanding that our payment would be determined by our own personal credit score. It seems a waste of time and negotiating when the first numbers we see we KNOW are not close to what we will be paying. In fact, it really makes us somewhat agitated to be shown only the high interest rate payments. I hope you will take this into consideration. I think your customers would respond more favorable if you presented the payments in this manner. We are loyal customers of Lithia Abilene and will be return customers.
