Pretty brutal Sunday evening dinner with my family here. Been here many times spanning the last ten years and man has there been a noticeable drop off in the service. We ordered our food but apparently the ticket was accidentally thrown out. This was fine, mistakes happen and the waitress was very nice about it. However, then it took exceedingly long for the food to come out AND only 3.5/5 entrees came out. They said they would be right back with the 5th and the proper sides to accompany the other. After ten minutes it never came and they came back to tell us that something happened to it and they had to re make it. I asked to speak with a manager who didn t care at all about my complaints. She took the 5th entree off the bill and that was it, did not offer a round of one of their incredibly average beers or even a real apology, just walked away from our table. The majority of the reason for the two star review was her response - not apologetic at all for horrible service! The waitress was great, I don t fault her at all. It s Management that has this place in a downward spiral headed straight for the toilet. As for the food - the burgers were decent but the tartar sauce for the fish was poor.
