The sales people are great. My problem is the financial strain having a car from Herbies has caused me for over a year. I am on the verge of filing bankruptcy, and since they put me in a lease I can't refinance. My payments are always on time. Never missed one. I have paid over $9,000 on a 2007 Buick Lucerne CXL and I have over $8,000 to go. Between car insurance and car payments it takes 1/4 of my monthly income. I have 2 teenage boys to raise. The only thing Herbies can offer is to put me into a two year lease ( no guarantee if it will lower my payments), and use my car as a trade in. My car in presteen condition is only worth less than $4000. Please think long and hard before getting a car from here. It seems awesome at the time, but eventually you will regret it.
Update: I have noticed that the owner only response to good reviews. I find this interesting.
Update: I had to return the car, and file bankruptcy. This is 100% due ot Herbies not willing to work with a good paying customer.
