The staff at Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton Missouri, is by far the best I have ever dealt with!!

Parts department:
They always take care of their customers as if they are regulars. If they don't have the part you need that day, they go out of their way to have it for you within a day or two. On top of that, their prices beat most and I have never had a single issue with receiving a non-compatable part.

Service department:
Quick, reliable, outstanding, without a doubt next to none!
I had a 2007 Dodge ram (mistake), and was having an issue with my passenger side front axle. I took it to 4 different mechanics including a Dodge dealership and no one could figure out what was broke!! Not knowing if the Butler team would service a Dodge they were my last option. I dropped the truck off and within 2-4 hrs after my service representative called me. The mechanic found the problem and all they needed was my approval to solve it!!!

My 2011 2500hd Silverado:
New transmission, tires, etc, completed in ONE week!
New water pump, TWO DAYS!

I trust the Jim Butler technicians and them ONLY with my vehicles. I highly recommend the whole team!
