Worst Front end service I have ever experienced! You could not pay me to stay here. We were never told about a $100.00 deposit on top of your room and valet charge so of course, our card was declined because we did not have the extra $100.00 budgeted. They would not even try to work something out for us. We were told "sorry" and ignored after that. This overnight stay was for our ten-year anniversary and we ended up being treated like white trash and I cried all the way home. So very disappointed in Hotel ICON and how they treat customers.
