I have been to this place 3 times because it s the closest to my home .. each time has been horrible I honestly don t know why I went this time again , maybe because I was in the worst pain of my life and it was the closest place . The doctor was the only kind person everyone else was extremely rude and not helpful at all .. I was so drugged up on medications they gave me I told the nurse I was in pain and he snapped at me saying I asked u 5 minutes ago and u were fine and he walked away while I was saying I am in pain now .. then I mentioned to 2 different people that I felt nauseous and they ignored me and I ended up vomiting the sink was close by so I threw up in the sink. The nurses outside the door stood there socializing and watching me vomit as soon as I was done one walks in and says next time ask for a bucket cuz now we have to close the room to fix the sink I was shocked she didn t ask once if I was ok nothing she just told me off and walked out. I was so dizzy from the medications the nurse literally pulled the iv off my arm gave me the discharge papers and told me I can go. My sister was gone to get her car to bring it up front. I asked them for help getting out and they blew me off as they watched me hold on the to walls walking out . Luckily my sister walked back in and helped me walk out . If you are dying I still wouldn t recommend this place because they will probably speed up the process. This was by far the most horrific experience I have had dealing with medical professionals I normally go to John Muir and have nothing but amazing and positive things to say about the staff. I would NEVER go to this place again it was the WORST experience especially after feeling the way I did and having to deal with that type of behavior and service. I have never gone out of my way to leave a negative review but this place deserves it. I will for sure take these complaints to the administration as well so that no one ever has to feel as I did .
