I had a wonderful experience at the Rose Medical Center's Emergency Department. Everyone was professional. I was attended to immediately, brought right back to a room, and seen by a doc fast. She efficiently got all the info she needed, asked me a few questions, and explained what prescriptions she was writing me and why. I felt very well taken care of, and relieved to receive treatment (I'd had a serious cough for over a month after having bronchitis). Also, I have out of state Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan) and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to bill it (I had gone to/called 2 urgent care clinics first, and was told they couldn't help me) and I didn't want to be stuck with a bill. The woman at the check out desk seemed very knowledgable and helpful, and she assured me it shouldn't be a problem. I was in and out in probably less than 30 minutes! I'm very satisfied with the experience! (P.S. I was a little worried before I went because I read negative reviews on here, but I had no reason to worry at all! I'm so happy I went! Oh, and my cough is already almost completely gone, and my energy's back up!)
