When i first called the woman who answered was not...

When i first called the woman who answered was not very helpful or patient with me over the phone. She even hung up in my face! I had to get a little loud with her and then she was able to magically get me an appointment for the same day! thankfully when I arrived Steven was able to get my car serviced and inspected immediately! I appreciate him so much, made my day better and made my needs feel important.
