After 18 years of Acura's and 5 cars later, I have had to part ways. The quality in my last TL did not measure up to the standards of Acura in times past. My car was rough riding and extremely loud road noise. I tried to work a deal for a new TL and told the sales team that I do not negotiate. Give me your best price. They came at me with the back and forth so I left and shut the door. I know that I am just one person but my loyalty to the brand and that dealershp should have meant more. I am now the new owner of an Infiniti and I love it.
