I've been a patient of Dr. Bessette for decades, along with my entire family. The waiting times are ridiculous, waiting at least 30 minutes to get back into a room, followed by another 10-30 minute wait in the exam room. I'm never called with lab results, I have to get on my portal and look at them myself. I'll be going to a new office where my time will be respected and I won't have to chase down my own results.
