-not flexible with the rules, too stiff.
I wanted to extend a room with the same room type, told to move, it turned out that I moved to 2 rooms next to the first room. and the room has no difference at all. wasted a lot of time making sure the items in the room were all moved (to the next room -___-)

- Pay car / motorcycle parking
even though I am a hotel guest, I still have to pay the hotel parking fee. the longer the motorbike is parked, the more expensive it is to pay. 2 thousand rupiah for the first hour, 1 thousand rupiah the next hour.

- too rigid swimming pool rules.
You as a hotel guest can only access the swimming pool if the room package you bought includes access to it, otherwise you have to pay Rp120k per person to get there. If you swim without wearing a bathing suit, you have to rent IDR 25k per piece of swimsuit to be able to swim.

not recommended hotels for those of you who need good service.
