Like many other people, I had to cancel our trip to Sandals due to the COVID pandemic. Even though we canceled our trip 3 months prior to our scheduled trip, getting reimbursed for airfare was an absolute nightmare. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is next to impossible, and they also don't respond to emails or messages over social media. I eventually had to file a fraud claim on my credit card in order to dispute the charge before I could get the airfare reimbursement. Because of all of this unnecessary stress, I will NEVER book a trip to Sandals and if I ever see "Unique Vacations" again, I will run far, far, away. Even if they were giving away vacations I wouldn't do it. Very disappointing because I've always heard Sandals is the best of the best. Communication was surely disappointing.
