My Husband and I has an awesome experience with Theo when we went out a few weeks ago. We started the process online and Theo was quick to respond and answered all of our questions via email! Once onsite, he knew so much about the car and he has a great personality for this job, not pushy at all!!!! Thank you Theo and Thank you BMW of Sterling, we enjoyed the whole experience and LOVE the car!
