First room we get.. the aircond wasnt functioning ...

First room we get.. the aircond wasnt functioning well. They sent a technician over but nothing changed. On the 2nd day we had to request to switch rooms. Given the price we paid this is such an inconvinience. Also this resort is too big of a scale, if your rooms are close to the beach, its really far from the lobby/entrance. Not suitable for elderly or those who can't walk far.
