Management poorly handles the people, paperwork and property at Kelly Village Apartments. It never fails with rent statements being available on the 1st of the month, monies being directed to my account on time, lease agreements not completed in a timely manner. Complete disgust and frustration can be seen in the workers faces. People skills lacks as well as customer service.
