Went with my daughter to orientation at the University FSU . Stayed at the hotel , like usual clean room / staff very helpful " too helpful for Mr. LaBarre " As we were checking out , the young lady heard we were going to orientation at the University. She then told me that parking in the hotel is complimentary if your stay is for orientation at FSU , something I didn't know. So she proceeded to remove the self parking charge $ 16.13
Thanked her very much and we went on our way. Few weeks later I receive my C.C. bill and noticed the parking charge is there I called DoubleTree directly and was told I had to speak to Jonathan LaBarre . I called Mr. LaBarre and explained the situation . Basically according to him it is offered But I didn't qualify ?? Go figure never mind it was offered to me.

He was more interested in knowing how I found out and WHO offered it !! To the point I asked him if anyone would get reprimanded ?? He then told me to email the receipt that I was given showing the parking fee adjustment which I did.
He Never emailed CONFIRMATION of receiving my email.
NEVER REMOVED THE PARKING FEE
It seems they're more interested in a parking fee than Standing behind their employees.
