Chad came to the house to look at some mold and a bit of backed up water in the pan. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and reassured me that the problem was minor and could be easily repaired. He took his time explaining to me what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I did not feel pressured to buy anything extra, but did understand the value if I chose to. You dont seem to get service like this anymore. I am going to buy a couple IR lights and have them out to install in the near future.
