Beautiful space. There was no orientation of any kind even though it was my first time visiting other than signing the paperwork and reviewing the sign in the lobby. I asked for an overview and a tour, but was told that my massage therapist would come get me when it was time. The massage therapist also did not explain anything, so I had to wait in the crowded lobby again for a long time to find out where to go next. I also didn't know if I needed to keep track of my own spa time and when it started, and so I went back out to the lobby to ask. When I got there the person at the front desk was stressed and explaining to another waiting visitor that many people were overstaying their appointments, perhaps having the same confusion I was. I didn't see clocks anywhere so I don't know how anyone would know when to leave. I left early bc I was stressed about losing track of time and overstaying.
When I was getting dressed to leave, an employee was giving some visitors a tour. Honestly, that was really frustrating. It seems like the service is really hit or miss and the volume is hard for them to keep up with. Maybe there could be a chime every 15 minutes or something.
