I have been a customer of Progressive Incorporated for over five years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they are not the worst company I've dealt with, they are also far from being the best. The website, progressive-llc.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have found their rates to be on the higher side compared to other insurance companies. The customer support is decent, but there have been instances where they were slow in resolving my queries. Overall, I would rate Progressive Incorporated as an average company with room for improvement.
