Customer Service in their priority and Louis proved it giving me a great price while providing excellent follow up afterwards because their business model is repeat customers and word of mouth they proved that to me!
This was a different car buying experience for me; I visited Auto Quest because they had a great price on a SUV that I found on the internet. The sale experience went great; I could have been talked into buying a more expensive model but looking at my situation with one toddler and a second on the way he kept me in my price range.
Louis promised that he would take care of any issues we found when their own independent mechanic inspected it. Because I had been burned before I had it looked at before finding no major issues beside fluid changes. So this is where Louis proved it, in their mechanics inspection they found an easy to miss gasket leak near the water pump and timing belt that MY mechanic missed. Not only did they fix it but they also replaced the water pump as a precaution as the car has 90K miles. This is a 700-900 repair that they are paying for, wow. They are also going to help fix a few cosmetic issues; all I have to do is buy the parts. Bottom line, you are going to get taken care of and Louis is as good as his word. I recommend them.
