New hotel built poorly. Stayed sleepless nights due to non-soundproof glass windows/sliding balcony door. Hard to sleep with the noise from loud motorcycles, ambulance and cars passing by constantly. There s also a grinding background sound that keeps going every night that made my wife and myself awake throughout the nights we ve stayed. We tried to turn off the AC hoping it was the problem but it wasn t. The water pressure for the shower was horrible, and the water temperature keeps going from super cold to super hot even though we put it on warm. We complained literally 4-5 times and they said they ve checked it and it s normal. We think they really didn t do a thorough check because every time we take a shower, we either get burnt or frozen. One last thing, they re very cheap with giving extra towels or extra room keys.
