The rink is ok..although they don't fix the ice be...

The rink is ok..although they don't fix the ice between every session,which is a bit annoying also a bit unfair considering their prices.so if you planning to go few times a week like me and my group of friends does.not just once in a while.its gonna cost you and they don't have any other options for people like us.So we been coming at least two or three times a week..and pretty much every time we have an awful experience with the front desk..there is no customer service at all.
No offence to anyone but when you look around it seems like there is no supervision at all.these young girls having a chat party,and they giving you an attitude..if you dare to say excuse me..I been standing here waiting.It feels like no one really cares we are paying customers.
My wife stopped skating cos she didn't like it when a mid 20s girl with a blue or greenish hair i think her name was.. GEMMA...
Was being very rude to her..and that was quiet long time ago..Every time since she just giving us attitude make us feel not welcomed at all.
Its a shame really because we love skating with my friends.
Last week one my friend was buying the ticket for me too.We all have loyalty card.
She refused to stamp mine cos as she said one transaction one stamp..
I'm sorry how is this a thing..one of us paying for more than one ticket..so because he payes just to speed up the process we don't get the stamp for our loyalty card..we pay the same amount of money by buying 2 or 3 tickets at the time.
When I said it doesn't sounds right she ignored me no explanation turned back to the other young girl..back to their very important conversation.I asked her to cancel the transaction before my friend would have payed..she stood there with the machine holding out to him..ignoring us.So my friend says it's ok.and this is just one time in the last week..I could go on and on about many times when we asked her about something, and she brushed us off saying check the website..even after I pointed out we did..she didn't show any interest.
I remember few month ago we came to skate and on the screen it was showing the session price..also on the website..she charged me a higher amount..when I asked why,she was looking at me like she doesn't understand what is my problem.
When I pointed my finger to the screen she said yeah that's not right.. when I said your website showed the same price..she said that is wrong as well,with a very arrogant attitude of course so whoever stood around could hear her loud and clear she has no time to deal with me.
I am very disappointed and I am not the only one..as I said we are a growing group of people..at this point it feels like the management or whoever looks after the level of customer service here..just don't care..yeah WE GOT IT ..there is only one ice rink in cardiff so you can treat people like this..and we have to accept it.
