all staff was very professional about the process, completely walked me through it, didn t leave me questioning anything about it. there was a great selection of jewelry to choose from, and i felt comfortable putting it into my body. all staff was very friendly as well, and lil john had great bedside manner that made the piercing procedure stress free, easy, and even fun! i would definitely come back to the shop for any piercings in the future, and hopefully some tattoos soon as well!
