Coldest place I ever worked. Probably 60-62 degrees. Contractors are in the center, huge fish bowl effect, elbow to elbow. Sick, sneezing, hacking people mostly foreign. Offices and conferences around perimeter too hot if you shut doors. FTEs rude, not friendly, immature behavior. Except HR/Governance:)
