Super friendly bartenders, with an incredible knowledge of the spirit which gives this location it's name. We tried absinthe for the first time, as it was served with flair and style. The drink was poured over a sugar cube, set ablaze then extinguished with water. The cocktail was the stirred and give to us with a smile. The drink was different than anything I had ever tried before. Strong hints of anise, licorice and wormwood. Definitely an acquired taste. 100% worth the experience.
