Let me ask your opinion, is it the customers fault...

Let me ask your opinion, is it the customers fault when the car dealership is so backed up that it'll be several days before they even look at at your vehical and the whole time your paying for a rental? Would it be make sense and an unreasonable request to make an appointment and when they're ready to look at your vehicle they call you back and you can drop it off? Well, my wife was told it could take up to four day before the even look at her car.......
That was problem #1.......secondly the customer service representative (Ed) was not helpful and had a unfriendly, rude tone as he talk.....almost belittling! When a,senior service adviser got involve they were a little better but we should have heed all the warnings from other. This dealership has a reputation of bad business.

Save yourself the heart ache avoid at all cost!!
