If Carlsberg did motor dealerships they would be Unity in Oxford. I dealt with Richard Feather who's passion for cars and customer care shone through ! Richard was happy to give me all the time in the world when I called in after passing the forecourt, taking me on a test drive at his insistence. His relaxed and professional sales approach was really refreshing and I cant recommend him and Unity enough.
