I have been a customer of Mark Miller Toyota Salt Lake's service department for 6 years now, and they never fail to impress! I work in customer service and sales, and I want to come take a crash course from these guys, because they do it right. I always know that I will be greeted quickly, that the employees will show genuine interest in my needs, and that they will be efficient and honest. I even got a call from them one day telling me a service they thought I needed and which I already approved was no longer needed. They could have easily done it anyway. Class act. Their prices are great, and the service is unbeatable. I will always bring my car here. Thank you!
