Went in for a colonoscopy (all good by the way). Very professional organisation, and I was extremely impressed with the pre- and post-operation nurses Krisna and Rose. Very personable, friendly, but at the same time professional.
The only negative thing was that Krisna didn't cook me Bacon and Eggs, even though I noticed a full-on stove in a kitchen and I hadn't eaten for 20 hours. Some excuse about not having the bacon or the eggs...
