Paul R. was polite, professional, and efficient. He put extra effort into cleaning my dirty A/C, and explained its' condition and what he did. He didn't ask whether he should put on boot coverings so my carpet stayed clean - he just did it. I have had Bel-Aired service my furnace and A/C both, and have been very happy with them.
