I called emergency department to get any recommendations whether or not I should visit ER. Ma am we re busy now, it s up to you. Don t have any respect here. No patient centered care, poor communication, human dignity despite I have a fear of unknown regarding these symptoms. How come she just says we re busy now who trained her?
