I only have one thing to say Dealing with Samsung over the weekend our only 10 month old Smart Fridge stop coolling on is a nightmare due to the fact there is no appliances customer to schedule a service appointment over the weekend is not possible you are stranded and wait until Monday to get a servoce appointment . On the other hand dealing with Lake Electronics the Samsung Service Provider here in Orlando Florida . Was different story. Victor R. The service tech was very professional, and provided a "oustanding " service .He went out of his way and noticed that we were out of a refrigerator since Friday night we made the service call to Samsung Early Monday and Samsung send him to us on a Thursday almost a week later with out any parts . Unfortunately Samsung didn't provided him with the parts to have in stock and due a same day repair. But Victor expedited the parts and he make a exemption as a favor to fix our fridge on a Saturday. This shows that the culture of this company shows and they care. Samsung need to step it up on there customer service. In my book Lakes Electronics gets a 5* Review. VICTOR gets a 5* Review. But Samsung Appliances gets a 1*. Samsung needs to thankful that Lake Electronics clean up there miss.
