My husband and I purchased a 4runner at the end of February. The next day, we realized that the Bluetooth would not work, and the backup camera was hit or miss. We took it back to Toyota of Tampa Bay, and waited for hours as the service department tried to diagnose the problem. We were then told that the vehicle needed a new radio, but that Toyota of Tampa Bay would cover the cost because we had literally JUST purchased the vehicle. It is now the end of May, 3 months later, and we have gotten the run around from several different employees working in different departments...still no new radio as promised. These people should not be trusted. We will NEVER do business with them again.
