Ordered 3 items on December 1st. One showed up on December 18th, the second one on December 28th and still have not gotten the third. Terrible customer service, no reply on several emails and several voice mails. Very difficult to get a live person on the phone, when I finally did "we have over 17,000 emails to get through"...

Probably all complaint emails. Do not buy from this company unless you have plenty of time to wait.

Stay away...do not buy from them!!!!!
