Only gave 1 star. Parking fees were took out of my...

Only gave 1 star. Parking fees were took out of my deposit. All fees were paid in full at check in. The bathroom had blood on the counter in bathroom. Plus granddaughter was being discharged from Childrens Hospital from a major skull injury at noon and could not correct until 3 pm.
