I had my first year maintenance with 4 wheels alignment and safety inspection done. I suppose I could have gotten the same thing done at Mercedes of Chantilly since it s closer to home. But decided to give Mercedes of Arlington another chance since that was where I bought my SUV. I called to see if I had to make an appointment, and was told that that I did not have to. I took my car in, they provided me with a loaner and I went home and continued working. A few hours later, they called and said my SUV was done. I m a Costco member, so I got a 15% off discount on all parts and labor. I showed up , did a quick inspection of my SUV, and saw that they also washed it. The service manager went over what they did, and I was out. I was very satisfied with the service this time around. Reason why I mentioned that I wanted to give them another chance was that the first time I took my SUV to have a tired replaced that ended up having it took several days because they didn t have it in stock. What made matter worse, they did not inform me that they dented front passenger door when I came to pick it up. I did not notice it until after I came home that night to pick up my wife and daughter to go out to dinner. It was my wife who noticed it. Needless to say, I was livid. I contacted them and they apologized and did repair the damage. I heard of people complaint about other Mercedes service centers so I really do not think that any one place is superior than others. Despite of the bad experience in the beginning, they did rectify it and this time around, things went smoothly and I was satisfied. For that, I have to give them a 5 star rating.
